How we handle your details.
When you send MAKO SPORTS an equipment request, we use the details you provide to review it, prepare a quote and respond to you. We do not use request details for marketing.
What we collect.
Your request may contain your name, email, optional phone number, team or club, town or region, preferred date, equipment selections, specifications and message. A reference is created for each request.
Who can see it.
Authorised MAKO staff can access requests in the staff workspace. Requests and catalogue changes are stored in MAKO’s separate Supabase project. The website is hosted on Vercel. Staff access is limited by role.
Your browser.
Items you add to a request are saved in your browser so you can finish later. A private confirmation token is kept in your browser session after submission. Clearing browser data may remove these local records.
Your choices.
You can ask MAKO to review, correct or remove the details you submitted. Include your request reference when contacting us through the enquiry form. We will assess the request against records we need to keep for business or legal reasons.
The site does not take online payments or automatically email a copy of your request. Keep the confirmation reference shown after submission.
